Timeline

Dank Meme will make best efforts to produce and ship your products within five (5) business days. However, your order could take as much as fifteen (15) business due to a variety of factors involving product selection, level of complexity and quantity. Standard orders do not have guaranteed delivery dates. DANK MEME SHALL NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTUAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY DELAYS, TIMELINES, DEMAND FLUCTUATION, SEASONAL DEMANDS OR MISSED SHIPPING DATES.

Time tracking: The day the order and deposit are delivered to Dank Meme, during business hours: = Day 0, subsequent business day = Day 1. 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including items listed in our Privacy Policy.

 

Shipping & Fulfillment

Unless otherwise stated in confirmed writing, Dank Meme will fulfill parcels using all appropriate materials and practices to optimize delivery of purchased product. The carrier and delivery service will be selected by Dank Meme to find best cost for selected service level. Client may but is not required to select insurance for the carrier at the time of order. In cases of lost shipment, Client may file a claim with appropriate insurance and/or service carrier. In cases where shipment is delivered and reported lost, Client must address all claims or costs with the shipment carrier. Dank Meme shall not be responsible for any lost shipments, actual or incidental damages caused by the Dank Meme manufacturing, the product or loss of product. Costs for shipping will be invoiced under standard payment terms. Rush requests may incur additional shipping costs.
